Due to a provider maintenance, a maintenance operation was done on Wednesday, January 31, between 10am US ET (14:00 GMT) and 11:30am US ET (15:30 GMT) .
A few short interruptions of services for customers connected to the West US VPN server "VPN37" (Ecatcher and M2Web) occured during the maintenance time window, as devices were moved temporarily to another VPN Server.
