Maintenance Operation Planned on VPN71 (Italy) - VPN Endpoint replacement

    A maintenance operation is planned on 23 April between 06:00am UTC and 07:00am UTC (08:00 - 09:00 CEST).

    A few short interruptions of services for customers connected to the Region VPN server VPN71 (Ecatcher and M2Web) are expected during the maintenance time window, as devices will be moved to another VPN Server.

    Some devices will be moved from VPN71 to VPN91.

    ⚠️ To avoid downtime or issues while remote accessing your devices, please make sure to update your firewall rules and whitelist the new IPs. During the migration, the old endpoint IPs will be replaced with the new ones.

    Talk2m is experiencing a degradation of service since 15 April 2025 07:40am UTC.

    VPN84 (Japan) is not reachable anymore.

    Engineers are working on the resolution of the issue at the moment. More details will follow.

    Impacted services are: eCatcher, M2Web, DataMailbox.

    In order to ensure service continuity, impacted Ewon devices have been temporarily rerouted to different VPN servers.

    If your Ewon device is not online on Talk2m, it might be due to local firewall policies preventing it from communicating with the substitute servers. The device will be back online when the infrastructure is completely recovered.
