Maintenance Operation on VPN and M2Web servers

    A maintenance operation is planned on the 29th and 30th of June between 07:00am UTC and 16:00pm UTC.

    During this window, maintenance will be performed on VPN and M2Web services. Each individual service interruption is expected to last approximately 15 to 30 minutes.

    During the maintenance of the VPN or M2Web service associated with your account, you may experience the following:

    • Devices connected through the affected VPN may be temporarily disconnected.

    • New VPN connections to the affected VPN may be unavailable.

    • Access to the affected M2Web environment may be temporarily unavailable.

    • Login to M2Web platform may be unavailable while maintenance is being performed on the European M2Web.

    Please take this maintenance window into account when planning any maintenance activities or remote operations that rely on VPN or M2web connectivity during these times.

    We are taking steps to minimize any disruption and appreciate your understanding during this maintenance period.

    A maintenance operation is planned on the 18th of May between 08:00am UTC and 11:00am UTC (09:00 - 12:00 CET).

     

    A new server VPN93 with new endpoint IPs will be commissioned in the T2M infrastructure.

     

    From the 18th of May, new devices commissioned in Italy will be connected to this new server.

     

    ⚠️ To avoid downtime or issues while commissioning or remote accessing your devices, please make sure to update your firewall rules and whitelist the new IPs.

    Failure to adjust firewall records during this transition could lead to the disconnection of your devices.
