    A few short interruptions of services for customers connected to the Region VPN server VPN31 and VPN34 (Ecatcher and M2Web) are expected during the maintenance time window, as devices will be moved to another VPN Server.

    If you're still having issues receiving SMS text messages on specific mobile carriers, we suggest modifying the account language in Ecatcher, from English to Chinese.

Our technical team is actively investigating the cause of this disruption and is working to resolve it as quickly as possible.
