    On Tuesday 26 March 2024 at 09:00 UTC (05:00 US ET), the VPN Server #43 (device.vpn43.talk2m.com) located in West US will be phased out and all Ewon devices connected to this server will be switched to a new VPN server (device.vpn56.talk2m.com).
    This operation will generate a short unavailability.
    The new VPN server (device.vpn56.talk2m.com) will use a new public IP address and therefore we would like to remind you to ensure that the Ewon Internet connections allow access to *.talk2m.com for seamless migration. To take full advantage of the global Talk2m infrastructure, please review the best practices related to ports and addresses used by Talk2m (as explained here below on this webpage).

Connection issue on VPN40

    T2M experienced a degradation of service between 2024-02-05 08:00 UTC and 2024-02-05 09:00 UTC.

    The link between Australian server and central servers is unstable. Some functionalities may not work properly, mainly M2web connections.

    Engineers are working on the resolution of the issue at the moment. More details will follow.

    Impacted services are: eCatcher, M2Web, DataMailbox.


    In order to ensure service continuity, impacted Ewon devices have been temporarily rerouted to different VPN servers.

    If your Ewon device is not online on Talk2M, it might be due to local firewall policies preventing it from communicating with the substitute servers. The device will be back online when the infrastructure is completely recovered.

    Due to a provider maintenance, a maintenance operation was done on Wednesday, January 31, between 10am US ET (14:00 GMT) and 11:30am US ET (15:30 GMT) .

    A few short interruptions of services for customers connected to the West US VPN server "VPN37" (Ecatcher and M2Web) occured during the maintenance time window, as devices were moved temporarily to another VPN Server.

Messaging broker failure and device disconnection on VPN41

    T2M experienced a degradation of service on the 2024-01-18, between 12:15 and 13:40 UTC.

    Failure of the messaging system lead to malfunction of bidi enabled devices. All device tunnels were killed at 13:24 UTC to ensure proper re-connections.

    Impacted services are: eCatcher, M2Web, DataMailbox.
