    This server has stopped properly responding to device connection and started dropping active connection. Device and user may see their connection lagging or being dropped

Talk2M global issue

    This incident has been resolved and our system have now been working without issues for the last 24 hours.

    The outage lasted from January 26th 09:59 UTC to January 26th 10:40 UTC, for a total downtime of 41 minutes.

    During the downtime, most Talk2m services were offline. Existing vpn tunnels and connections were unaffected.

    We have identified the incident to a database cluster crash during a maintenance operation. We have applied mitigation procedures.
    Services went back online at 10:45 UTC but we are still actively monitoring the situation and bringing back cluster to full capacity.

    We are currently experiencing an issue affecting the Ewon Talk2m Industrial Cloud platform. At this moment, some Ewon Cosy+ gateways might not be able to connect or be registered in Talk2m, and the Remote Access feature is impacted for certain devices. Gateways that have not rebooted since yesterday may remain operational for now.

    Our teams are actively investigating the situation and working to restore full functionality as quickly as possible. We will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available.

Maintenance Operation Planned – New VPN server with new VPN endpoints commissioned

    A maintenance operation is planned on the 17th of November between 08:00am UTC and 11:00am UTC (09:00 - 12:00 CET).

    A new server VPN92 with new endpoint IPs will be commissioned in the T2M infrastructure.

    From the 17th of November, new devices commissioned in Europe area may be connected to this new server.

    ⚠️ To avoid downtime or issues while commissioning or remote accessing your devices, please make sure to update your firewall rules and whitelist the new IPs.
